Coffee farmed with love in Antioquia
Grown high in the mountains of southwestern Antioquia, the exclusive coffee found at Café Noir is new for 2022. One blend is used for all our methodologies; from espresso to artisanal pourovers. We believe that a truly exceptional coffee should be capable of various forms of preparation, allowing greater extents of its character to be discovered and exhibited. Sourced from neighbors and friends, the coffee is farmed with love and prepared in style.
“Los Vins” of Chateau De Noir, a family affair
Utilizing the expertise of four generations of winemaking, the Maldonado family produces stunning examples of the Napa Valley’s most famous varietals. Sixty-two years ago, Lupe moved to California from Atacheo, a small farming community in Michoaáan, Mexico in order to live the American dream. After decades of hard work, his son Hugo and his wife Lidia ascended the ranks of the Napa Valley wine industry and dedicate their time to making some of the most renowned wines in the US at their hand-made cave in Calistoga.
