• We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, cash, QR Bancolombia, Paypal and Zelle.

• Walk-Ins of less than six are always welcome on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are only accepted for groups of six or more guests, with no exceptions. Please know that our ability to accommodate parties larger than four is very limited. Our seating design is not intended for large groups and we prefer more intimate experiences serving parties of two to four. Due to fire regulation, tables are not permitted to be combined. If you are interested in private events or group reservations, you can find information here.

• While families are welcome, our dining environment may not be ideal for young children. We kindly request parents to keep children seated at the table, and to address any active infants or toddlers outside the dining room. Child seating and strollers are not permitted in the dining area.

•  Although we strive to accommodate special requests, please understand that modifications may not always be feasible, as they can impact kitchen operations and compromise the integrity of certain dishes.

•  For your safety, kindly inform us of any allergies, as menu ingredients are abbreviated.

•  To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we request that cell phone conversations be taken outside of seated areas, devices be set to silent to minimize disruptions to the experience.

•  At no time are cameras or recording equipment of any kind (other than cameraphones) allowed within Café Noir. This ensures privacy, tranquility, and the serene uninteruption of the experience our team members strive to provide.

•  Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all spaces, indoor and out for the enjoyment of all.

•  There is no formal dress code, we encourage business casual and smart evening wear. Women inappropriately dressed will be asked to cover themselves appropriately.
